Ooh, ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
Hey, whoa, whoa
You better watch out, you better not cry
Better not pout, I’m tellin’ you why
Santa Claus is comin’ to town
Santa Claus is comin’ to town
Santa Claus is comin’ to town, yeah
He’s making a list, he’s checkin’ it twice
He’s gonna find out who’s naughty or nice
Santa Claus is comin’ to town
Santa Claus is comin’ to town
Santa Claus is comin’ to town (Santa Claus is comin’ to town, yeah)
He sees you when you’re sleeping
He knows when you’re awake
He knows if you been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake
Oh, you better watch out, you better not cry
Better not pout, I’m tellin’ you why
Santa Claus is comin’ to town (Yeah)
Santa Claus is comin’ to town (Hey, hey)
Santa Claus is comin’ to town (Santa Claus is comin’ to town)
Whoa, yeah, yeah, woo!
The kids in girl and boy land
Will have a jubilee
They’re gonna build a toy land
All around the Christmas tree
So you better watch out, you better not cry
Better not pout, I’m tellin’ you why
Santa Claus is comin’ to town (Oh, yeah)
Santa Claus is comin’ to town (Hey, yeah)
Santa Claus is comin’— (Santa Claus)
Santa Claus is comin’— (Santa Claus)
Santa Claus is comin’ to town (Santa Claus is comin’ to town)
Woo! Whoa
